No, this is not a continuation of the series, but spin-offs, that is, a kind of offshoot at a certain moment in the main plot. This is a massive multiplayer role-playing game with a large bias in action. Gamers can now remember the old days and learn a lot about the beloved universe from a new game called Nosgoth. System requirements for it were no longer a secret for a long time - the developers officially announced what gamers should focus on, long before the project was released in January 2015. So you had time to put your computer in order even before the release of the long-awaited project. If you do not have time, then now you have a chance to get acquainted with the system requirements and evaluate whether you can start the game right now, or whether you will have to upgrade the equipment.

Already on the first point, you can understand how long the Nosgoth project has been in development. System requirements traditionally start with the operating system, and even Windows Vista is enough for you to run this game. And this despite the fact that everyone has long refused to support this operating system, and some are starting to refuse even the "seven". By the way, it is she who is indicated in the recommended system requirements, but this should not be a problem. If you are not an ardent fan of the outdated, but still beloved by many, Windows XP operating system, the "seven" should be in every home. Everything is clear on this point, so it's time to go directly to the configuration of your computer to see if you can start Nosgoth. System requirements cannot be called prohibitive, so even if you have not upgraded for a long time, your chances are still high.

Nosgoth game system requirements clearly indicate that you must have a processor with at least two cores, each of which must have a performance of at least 2 GHz. Just do not forget that these requirements are minimal, that is, they show at what configuration the game will start, but you will not be able to hope for high quality graphics, good performance and the absence of brakes (except at minimum settings). If you want something more, then you should have a processor with four cores, each of which should demonstrate at least 2.5 GHz of power, and if more, it will only be better, you can enjoy the full beauty of the game in Nosgoth. System requirements on the PC, of course, are not limited only to the processor, so you will need to take care of other components.
RAM
In the matter of RAM, in the case of the Nosgoth game, the minimum system requirements are two gigabytes, which is not so much - now almost every computer purchased in the last seven or even ten years should have a similar amount of RAM. However, again, - we are talking only about minimal indicators, and given that this is a multiplayer game, you better not even look at the first part of the requirements, since they are applicable only to situations where there are very few players on the server or But they are not at all. If they are present, then you will immediately have problems if you do not increase the RAM to four gigabytes. But even this is not an indicator recorded in the recommended requirements. The developers believe that only with eight gigabytes of RAM can you fully enjoy the gameplay.
Video card
As for video memory, here you need to make sure that you have at least 750 megabytes (to be more precise, 768 megabytes). This will not allow you to twist the settings to the maximum, but at least give you the opportunity to play. This means that the game will start, but whether it will fail or not is a matter of luck. In order not to rely on luck, you better raise the figure to at least one gigabyte, or even better - to two, then you can already safely set all the settings to maximum and enjoy the gameplay, regardless of how many people are on the server.
