- deluxe for two - double bed, wardrobe, sofa and soft chairs, bedside tables with sconces, a glass coffee table, carpet on the floor, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, toilet and shower, private Jacuzzi, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers;
- family rooms for 4 people - two bedrooms, one has a double bed and sofa, bedside tables, the other has two single beds or a large folding sofa, wardrobe, table and chairs, carpeted floor, refrigerator, TV, hairdryer, air conditioning, an electric kettle, a necessary set of dishes;
- Wedding Suite - decorated in a classic style in bright colors, a large double bed and a soft white sofa, a dining table with chairs, a spacious wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, toilet, shower, jacuzzi, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers.
All rooms have an extra bed. By agreement, holidays with animals weighing no more than 5 kg are allowed.
A restaurant
On the territory of the complex, guests often celebrate various celebrations. Over 200 weddings have already been held here. Festive events are organized in the Oasis in the Forest restaurant.
It has several halls for celebrations:
- "Dome" - spacious, bright, designed for 100 guests, has a separate entrance, large stained-glass windows, own bathroom and kitchen;
- "Wedding" - with an aristocratic design with a large number of textile elements, a podium for the bride and groom, a spacious outdoor area, a separate entrance and wardrobe;
- "Crystal" - designed for 80 guests, decorated in light colors with lots of fabric decor, decorated with flowers and green spaces, in the summer there is an open terrace;
- "Limousine" - a hall for 30 people, located near the pond, has an unusual oblong shape, like in a car in whose honor it is named, a large plasma TV with the ability to connect karaoke;
- VIP - a small room, decorated in a classic style for 20-25 people, a spacious area for dancing.
The main hall is designed to accommodate up to 320 guests. It is decorated in a classic style. There are both round and rectangular tables. Guests can sit in comfortable soft chairs or on small sofas.
In summer, there is an outdoor terrace with access to the hall. It is surrounded by a small fountain and a decorative waterfall. There is also a pond with swans living on it.

Guests also note that the territory is poorly looked after, and the zoo and children's attractions do not work.
