What is it?
Military Commissariat - the name of the body of local military self-government responsible for accounting, mobilization, military draft work. These organizations are characteristic of the former USSR and a number of modern countries of the post-Soviet space. The latter applies to the Russian Federation.
In our country, the organization’s activities are regulated by the Regulation on military commissariats. The latter was adopted according to the Order of the Russian President No. 1132 (2007).
