Camp "Zubrenok": location
This complex is located in one of the most colorful corners of Belarus - very close to Lake Naroch. It should be noted that the resort town occupies a rather large area of the National Park called “Narochansky”. The city of Minsk is 160 km away.
Short description and history of the camp
In fact, the Zubrenok children's camp is a place with a rich history. For the first time, the resort town opened its doors to children on August 17, 1969. In those days, a trip to the pioneer camp was a real reward for the guys. And although in those years the complex was very small (no more than 160 places), it quickly became a popular vacation spot. Over the past forty years, the camp has been constantly evolving and expanding. Today it can accommodate up to 950 people at a time, and its area is 76 hectares.
It should be noted that the Zubrenok camp consists of two structural units: this is the Zvezdny complex, which includes the Solar City, Star World, and Zelenaya Polyana buildings, as well as Azure, which includes "Lake Pier", "Cote d'Azur" and "Forest House".
Living conditions for children in the resort town
Immediately after arrival, the children are divided into units by age and settled in a particular residential complex. The decor of the rooms may vary slightly between buildings. Nevertheless, the living conditions are decent. To begin with, it should be noted that in the hall there is a dressing room with lockers. Here, children leave outerwear and shoes. You can only walk around the building in a replaceable, "home" one. By the way, there is an electric dryer for shoes.
The rooms can be of different capacities: 2, 3, 4, 6 people occupy here. Naturally, each child relies on a comfortable bed and a bedside table for storing personal belongings. There are also coffee (or writing) tables, large wardrobes.
In each building, so-called domestic premises are organized. There are water coolers, as well as irons, ironing boards, refrigerators and microwave ovens. In addition, there is a relaxation room with upholstered furniture and a TV, decorated with ornamental plants - here children can spend time watching educational programs, films and cartoons.
Food scheme for vacationers
Each complex has its own dining room with enough seating for all vacationers. Camp "Zubrenok" provides children with full five meals a day. The menu here is varied and includes healthy dishes, fresh fruits and vegetables, lactic acid products and, of course, delicious desserts.
Medical care in the camp
Children's health camp "Zubrenok" has a separate medical building, which offers a lot of procedures aimed at improving the health of children. To begin with, it should be noted that a polyclinic with the necessary medical rooms is equipped in this building. There is also a stationary unit with a capacity of 20 seats.
The camp offers various wellness treatments, including therapeutic massages, underwater showers, instrumental physiotherapy (EHF, electrosleep, magnetotherapy, electrical stimulation, ultrasound irradiation), as well as aromatherapy, aeroionotherapy, therapeutic inhalations. In addition, a special gym is equipped on the camp territory with all the necessary equipment, which is designed for physical therapy. There is even a dental department where various oral care procedures are performed.
Sports activities
On the territory of the camp, they pay attention primarily to the physical development of children. Moreover, the child can choose the sports section he likes. The resort complex has a lot of sites where you can play volleyball, soccer and basketball. In addition, there is everything necessary for playing chess and checkers.
In the summer months, children regularly spend time on the lake. Here they can not only swim and sunbathe, but also ride boats, jet skis and a catamaran. The camp has even a few of its own boats for boat trips. In addition, cheerful water races for vacationers are regularly held.
Entertainment in the winter is no less fun. On the slopes form tracks for sledges and skis. There is also its own large ice rink for hockey competitions and ice skating.

The Zubrenok National Camp offers the children a ton of diverse entertainment and opportunities to gain new knowledge. To begin with, it is worth noting that various training programs regularly operate here. For example, to develop leadership or creative qualities of a child, to establish international relations (children from other countries often come here). There are also special areas for supporting children who find themselves in difficult life circumstances (for example, special programs are being held for orphans, residents of orphanages, etc.).
There is also a large school that can accommodate 700 students from grades 6 to 11. Only professional and talented teachers work with the guys here. Naturally, all classrooms in this educational institution are equipped with all necessary equipment and materials. Children are always interested in the lessons, but there are no homework.
Of course, there are all conditions for the creative development of children. The guys can optionally join any circle. Classes are held at the Palace of Children's Creativity. Here are given master classes in drawing, papier-mâché, origami. There are also clubs for the production of stained glass, weaving from straw, knitting, the creation of soft toys, etc.
