- The house of military governors, which is the same age as Orenburg and later reconstructed under the leadership of Heinrich Gopius.
- The building of the former office of the engineering unit, which houses the T. Shevchenko Memorial Museum-Guardhouse. A well-known Ukrainian poet was imprisoned there for participating in the secret organization of the Cyril and Methodius Brotherhood. In the museum you can see documents telling about Shevchenko’s stay in Orsk and Orenburg, about his participation in the Aral expedition, as well as about the long exile to the Mangyshlak peninsula.
- The Husainia Mosque was built at the end of the 19th century at the expense of the merchant Khusainov. It is decorated with a large minaret, which rises above the historical center of Orenburg. The mosque was closed in 1932, and its building was used as a Tatar pedagogical technical school, and later as a department of private security. Only in 1992 he was returned to believers.
