Description

Slippers are comfortable slippers that perform several functions at once. They must be comfortable, contributing to relaxation after a hard working day. In Japan, changing shoes at the entrance to the house is considered a mandatory ritual that helps to get rid of problems, leave them outside the doors and immerse yourself in a cozy home atmosphere.

Fancy slippers, sneakers - it is also a good mood. Made of bright yarn, complemented by an interesting decor, they are sure to attract the attention of others.

Training

After the gray winter days, I so want to please myself with something bright and stylish. Knitting unusual slippers, sneakers will not take much time. No more than an ordinary shopping trip, but you cannot find such an exclusive model in any hypermarket.

For work you will need:

  • four knitting needles for circular knitting - ordinary, for socks, it is advisable to use No. 3 here, they are slightly thinner and the product will look denser;
  • threads - necessarily white for decoration, and the main color can be any (blue, red, orange);
  • hook - for the manufacture of decorative parts.

Main part

For size 35-39, you need to dial 48 loops, large sizes 40-44 require a set of 56 loops. Spread them evenly across all four knitting needles.

1. The first ten circles are knitted with an ordinary elastic band (one front - one wrong side).

2. Next is a smooth surface (as in a normal sock), but on the back side you should knit the trim, as on classic sneakers. To do this, change the front loops on the wrong ones and knit them on the outside.

Work with the heel

All the craftswomen know how this simple operation is performed. Fancy slippers-sneakers in this case are made in exactly the same way.

1. We move the loops from the first knitting needle to the fourth and then we knit only on them.

2. We knit a stitch for at least 26-28 rows, in each of which we remove the extreme loops on the knitting needle without knitting.

3. We perform the heel rotation, we reduce the loops, knitting two together to the number of 12 pieces (for size 35-39).

4. We collect the missing loops from the sides of the already almost prepared toe and continue knitting with the front smoothness.

5. Start to reduce the toe when the little finger is completely covered by work. This must be done when knitting on the face, every three loops knit two together.

As a result, two loops should remain on each of the spokes. We stretch an additional thread through them and close the work, tightly fixing the knot from the wrong side.

Additional items

Fancy slippers with knitting needles, as it turned out, are not at all difficult to knit. It remains to arrange them in the manner of sneakers and add some interesting decor.

Strap - it will give the product the look of real sneakers, to create it, type on the side of the workpiece two rows of loops parallel to each other (in places where the strap is usually located) and knit them with the front surface. Later, laces will be woven into them, which can also be made independently from bright threads.

Sole - with a hook, knit white stripes along the entire base of the sole, one black row can be added along the upper and lower edges of the trim to completely resemble sneakers. In order for the product to be a sock and for a long time to please its owner, its lower part should be sealed with a leather insole.

Company logos - crochet four air loops, connect in a circle, knit to the desired size. It is better to make the logo white, and embroider the star on it with a regular needle with black threads. Carefully attach the logo to the outer side of the product.

Fancy slippers, sneakers are ready, you can try on.
