It was created by the great sculptor of the twentieth century, who had already passed away - Vyacheslav Mikhailovich Klykov. Perm Esplanade

In 1982, the premises of the Perm Drama Theater were built here. Esplanade, being between him and the modern building of the Legislative Assembly, required a decent design.
