Amount of insurance pension
In accordance with the new reform, the labor (or insurance) pension consists of the following parts:
- A fixed part that is paid in equal amounts to all pensioners.

- The fixed part in 2018 is 4982.90 rubles, and in 2019 will be equal to 5334.19 rubles.

Indexing for non-working pensioners
Unlike in previous years, in 2018 the increase in labor pensions for non-working pensioners in the form of indexation was made in January, and not in February. This is because the percentage by which the pension increased was obviously higher than the inflation rate.
