It has a number of useful qualities, depending on the variety, the vegetable contains up to 3.7% nitrogenous substances, up to 0.67% fat and up to 8.56% carbohydrates. It is widely used in fresh, pickled, boiled, stewed form.

Cabbage Farao f1 belongs to the early varieties. Description:

  • growing season - 63-65 days (after transplanting);
  • fruits are dense bright green;
  • the shape of the head is round;
  • a leaf of a small blue-green color, a wax coating of medium intensity;
  • outer stump - short, outer - medium;
  • rosette of leaves - raised;
  • weight from 1.4 to 3.0 kg;
  • density - 4.0-4.5 points;
  • marketable productivity - 380-510 kg / ha;
  • maintains a thickened planting, density per 1 ha - from 45,000 to 50,000 pieces;
  • can be grown under film and in open ground;
  • intended for fresh consumption;
  • does not crack;
  • resistant to shooting and fusarium wilt;
  • not subject to decay and flowering;
  • due to the short growing season, it is practically not susceptible to diseases and pests;
  • heat resistant grade.

This variety is included in the State Register of Russia and is recommended for cultivation in the North Caucasus and Central Black Earth districts. It gives excellent crops in Ukraine and Belarus.

It was noted that with intensive irrigation and favorable weather conditions, you can get the crop for 40 days already. There is an opportunity to grow two crops. When planting seedlings under the film in June (after the first harvest), you can expect to receive products in late August, early September. Compared with later varieties, Farao cabbage f1 has more delicate leaves and a rich taste.
