Vetonite LR +
This is a
finishing putty for dry rooms on a polymer binder. Suitable for walls and ceilings. The basis for it should be smooth and made of mineral materials or plasterboard. The method of spraying can process wood-particle and porous fibrous boards. It is not suitable for
leveling the floor, sealing joints, and is also not used as glue for tiles. It is not advised to use it in damp rooms. Putty "Vetonit" is applied on a clean, dry and dustless surface.
The dry mixture (25 kg) is diluted in 9 liters of water and mixed with a drill with a nozzle for several minutes. In water, you can add a primer in a proportion of 1:10. Then the mass is defended for 20 minutes for better dissolution. Putty "Vetonit" is ready for use after re-mixing. The solution can be stored for no more than a day. It can not be poured into the sewer, as it can clog the pipes.
The mixture is applied with a two-handed spatula. The spraying method is also used. For partial alignment, use a small spatula. The excess is removed and reused. After spraying, the ceiling does not require further processing. When aligning in several layers, it is necessary to apply a new layer after one day. After the surface is completely dry, it is sanded with special paper. After completing work, rinse the instrument and equipment with water.
Vetonit TT
This is a Vetonit cement-based putty. It is not afraid of water and is used for leveling brick, concrete, expanded clay concrete and plastered surfaces in rooms of any type. It is not applied to painted, plastered with lime mortar, aligned with water-soluble putty walls.
For 6 liters of water you need 25 kg of the mixture. Mix for two minutes with a powerful drill. 15 minutes the mass needs to settle. Then the solution is re-mixed and used for three hours. The hardened surface can be painted. For this, alkali-resistant paints are used.
Vetonite
VHFilling finishing "Vetonit" is based on white cement and limestone. It is used for leveling concrete, expanded clay concrete, brick, plastered surfaces. It is suitable for both interior work and facade decoration. After its application, the walls are glued with wallpaper, painted or tiled.
"Vetonit" -filling is applied with a thin layer of 1-2 mm. Its consumption is 1.2 kg per square meter of surface. The composition of the mixture is absolutely safe for humans. Before work, the walls and ceiling are cleaned of dirt, lime, grease, dust, paints and glue. If they are too dry, then Vetonit putty is applied to the primed surface.
For 10 kg of the mixture, 3.5 liters of water are needed. Mixing is carried out with an electric drill, then it is left to stand for 5-10 minutes. After re-mixing, the solution is ready. The time for using the mass is 3 hours. After work, the surface should not be exposed to direct sunlight for three days.
