Station "Brest-Central" - a strategic railway junction and landmark of the city

Brest is located in the south-west of Belarus, on the border with Poland. It was this hero city that was the first in 1941 to take the blow of the Nazi army. Subsequently, the Brest Fortress received the title of β€œhero”, in memory of and boundless respect for all those who died on its territory, and became a cult memorial place known throughout the former Soviet Union.

The last large-scale reconstruction was carried out in 2008-2014.

Changes after reconstruction

In 2014, the reconstruction of the Brest station was completed. The station was improved, comfort increased, the level of equipment and services approached the European one. On the main routes laid tactile tiles for visually impaired people, replaced the tiles on the sidewalks, old benches, fences, lampposts.
