How to get?
To get to the location, you need to get to the cat house in Manjul. There is a descent down. Having walked up the stairs, the character will enter a round-shaped room, and in it will find a pillar. However, it is difficult not to notice it - it is located in the middle. If before this the player visited the Hyde tower and talked with the local merchant, then the character will already have some key to the mechanism that opens the next location.
Sometimes difficulties arise with Lysia. If the Dragon Horseman was defeated, but the key was never given, then some actions should be taken: exhaust all options of dialogs with the trader, and then update the location. You can do the latter by relaxing around the campfire.
Having done all the necessary actions, the player will notice that Lysia has moved to a round room. This is exactly what is needed to open a location. If the player does not care about the storyline, then you can safely kill the trader, then the key will go to the character automatically.
