Now we know that the pattern is beautiful objects, decor, some valuable attractive things and the name of the architectural style. In what situations is it appropriate to use this word in everyday speech? In its direct meaning, it is rather obsolete. It is appropriate to use in texts stylized as Old Russian or in thematic historical reports. At the same time, in our everyday vocabulary, the word "pattern" remains as the name of the architectural style, and accordingly, it is inappropriate to consider it completely irrelevant and outdated.
