There are no more than six magic parks for entertaining adults and children from the world of fairy tales and cartoons around the world. One of them is located on the Mediterranean coast in the Spanish city of Salou, in the vicinity of Barcelona. More than three million tourists visit this Disneyland in Spain annually. This is a great place for families. This is facilitated by sandy beaches, warm weather and the azure sea.
The complex is the second theme park of a similar scale in Europe. It was erected in 1995. On the occupied territory of 117 hectares, more than 40 attractions are located. Disneyland in Spain “Port Aventura” consists of four hotels, a water park, beach clubs, sandy beaches, golf courses, many restaurants with international cuisine and six thematic areas:

Throughout the day, about 90 colorful performances take place through the streets and theaters. Each zone has its own fairy-tale characters, restaurants, slides, shops, entertainment shows are held.
Disneyland (Spain). Thematic areas
The first and most popular “country” at Disneyland is the “Mediterranean”. Here is one of the fastest attractions in Europe - "Enraged Bako". Its speed in a couple of seconds reaches 135 km / h and part of the path passes over water. No less attractive is the Fiesta Aventura fire show. Its scale and beauty affects both adults and children.
In the Wild West theme zone, anyone can test their courage by taking a ride on wooden roller coasters in trolleys (or by descending along mountain rivers). Disneyland Spain in this area offers the dizzying journey of the “Silver River Channel” on a log along the river with steep ascents and descents.
The next territory is Mexico. It is attractive with the Hurricane Condor free fall attraction, which allows you to experience all the laws of gravity. Having risen to a height of 100 meters (bird's eye view) and showing people a beautiful view of the park, the attraction suddenly flies down in free fall.
Extreme zone "China" makes the rest here truly unforgettable. The Dragon Khan roller coaster is the main attraction of this park. The attraction accelerates, and then at a speed of almost 110 km / h makes coups, descents and eight “dead loops”. A strong attraction and a feeling of weightlessness alternate every second (on a path length of 1000 meters).
The calmest themed area at Port Aventura is the tropical paradise Polynesia. There is a peaceful atmosphere. Visitors in this area can take a canoe ride, take a walk along the picturesque promenade, watch a 4D movie on the marine theme in a stylized movie theater and experience all the charms of a “volcanic eruption” at the “Tutuki Splash” attraction.
