Principle of operation
The concrete solution is poured into the desired shape, and the vibrator nozzle is immersed in it, creating vibrations. Under the influence of waves, bubbles rise to the surface. How to make a vibrator with your own hands: step by step instructions
1. Nozzle
Make the nozzle better in stainless steel. Concrete mortar in itself is already an aggressive medium, and if it contains additional fractions such as crushed stone or slag, then even more so. A steel tube with a diameter of about 4 cm is suitable. Inside the tube, you need to insert a rod of about 1.5-2 cm in cross section. We weld an additional rectangular to the main rod. This part will shift the center of gravity, due to which vibrations are formed.
2. Assembly
Using bearings, fix the rod inside the tube. It should rotate freely. In one of the protruding ends, it is necessary to make a hole to which the drive will be mounted.
3. Drive
Using the sleeve we connect the metal drive with the nozzle. The second end of the drive is fixed in the holder of the drill or perforator. The tool with the engine turned on can be fixed with a vise in the immediate vicinity of the solution being processed or simply held in hands, guiding the nozzle to the right place.
