In patchwork, as in any other craft, there is a higher and lower level of complexity. For beginners, who just started to master the patchwork technique, schemes with complex operations will not work, because it is important to practice in this matter. Even knowing full well what and how to do, the first time it may not work out any one step, and because of this, the rest of the composition will be disrupted. Therefore, first try just to carefully sew a few medium-sized pieces of fabric and determine for yourself what difficulties you had to face.
Creation of original products using the patchwork technique: diagrams of the pattern “Pineapple Log Cabin”
The photo shows how you can make a block of colorful shreds. Try to imagine and apply two contrasting colors, creating, for example, a potholder or a patchwork-style stand. For the kitchen, a perfect solution would be the selection of colors to match the wallpaper or ceramic tiles. Such trifles will brighten up the interior and surprise guests.

A detailed description of the patchwork scheme for the presented "pineapple" block
1) Pin the first two triangles on opposite sides of the square with the sides facing inward and stitch, leaving 5 mm. Unscrew and iron. Pin 2 other triangles on other sides and stitch. Unscrew and iron to make a square.
2) Pin 2 identical triangles of the next layer on opposite sides of the new square. To attach the parts exactly in place, use the sides and corners of the square as directions to attach and sew. Stitch, as in the previous step, iron. Sew the other two squares.
3) Start adding strips by sewing on two strips on opposite sides and smoothing them before adding the other two. Use the previous figure as a direction indicator, guided by the cut of the fabric, so that during sewing the block remains as even as possible.
4) Continue to build the block in this way, adding the cut out details in the necessary order and alternating 4 parts cut from contrasting fabric colors. At the end, sew large triangles in the corners and iron the entire block.
5) To achieve the best effect, connect the “pineapple” blocks without any bandages. Make a simple edging around the perimeter of the product.
