Human life is impossible to imagine without social relations. It is communication between people that helps us to remain socially stable and be able to solve vital tasks.
Social relations - this is the interaction between actors, which is based on a common interest, situation and so on.
Note that this concept includes a wide range of social systems. It can be friendships between children, adults, same-sex and same-sex friendships, communication “teacher-student”, “parents-children”, “boss-subordinate”, etc.
Note that this kind of relationship does not arise from scratch. They are the result of either their own choice, or provided by other actors. For example, a person builds social relations on his own when he communicates with his friends, acquaintances - people selected from the general mass during his life. These people enjoy a certain sympathy. This can not always be said about the labor or training team, which we cannot choose.
Studies show that situations often arise when the subject is not able to build stable interpersonal relationships. As a rule, this applies to the labor collective. Very often, if people are connected only by achieving the goal, social relations are accompanied by the emergence of conflict situations. Since some people cannot resolve the disagreements that arise at work, they are often called upon to change their place of employment.
As for the labor collective, the emotional stress that exists in it plays an important role here. For example, a subordinate who cannot be realized professionally, as a rule, begins to conflict with his boss. From the point of view of science, such a situation is the result of insufficient realization of creative potential. The first step to eliminating a psychological conflict is a conversation, where a person gets the opportunity to tell his story to a specialist. Then begins a mutual search for solutions to this problem.
Note that far from the last role in the establishment and maintenance of social relations is the material well-being of man. In addition, if problems nevertheless have arisen (they may be of a family, friendly or labor nature), they can be eliminated by resorting to the help of a psychologist. The thing is that this problem has a purely psychological background.
Social relations are the foundation of social structure. The structure of the social structure includes a relationship between its elements, their placement.
All types of social relations are divided according to the elements that underlie their structure. So, the following components of this system are distinguished:
- Subjects of communication, in the role of which can be two persons, two social groups or the subject who is in interaction with a social group.
- A link that acts as a connecting element. In this role, some object, interest, common values that underlie relations can play.
- The system of duties that subjects must adhere to if they want to build one form or another of relations.
Since social relations, roles and positions are different in a particular case, the result of such a situation is the difference between people who exist in every society. This is an inevitable situation with well-founded reasons. If we turn to the most general description of the essence of inequality, it turns out that it consists in the fact that people live in those conditions that provide different access to material and spiritual resources.
