Another thing is hedges in the country! Unfortunately, few gardeners use this technique, mainly fearing the difficulties that, according to their assumptions, they may encounter. Today you will find out that a hedge in a country house is not a luxury, it will not take you a lot of money, time and effort either during planting or in the process of leaving. As a result, you get a beautiful hedge, not like other hedges, which will not only protect your yard from the wind and prying eyes, but also create a beautiful background for the garden and enrich the air with oxygen.

The main secret when creating a hedge is the right choice of plants. Of course, I want to plant something exotic or rare in my country house, but think about how much effort you will have to spend on maintaining such a “fence” in a viable state! Therefore, the best option is to use plants growing in your climate zone, and even better - next to you. Then they will not have to adapt to the composition of the soil and temperature differences. In our example, hibiscus was used. This is a very thermophilic plant and it will not take root in most of the territory of Russia. But you can use any deciduous or coniferous trees and shrubs growing nearby. For example, a hedge hedge will be not only unpretentious, but also green all year round. She will purify the air in your garden and saturate it with volatile, the best health resorts of the country will envy this! DIY hedge in the country
For work, you will need seedlings of approximately the same size, a pruner for trimming them, twine, a shovel or pickaxe, a piece of reinforcement or a mount for making holes in the ground.
We remove excess grass, this will facilitate our task. We pull the twine to mark the boundary of the trench. It can be of any shape, then it is more convenient to use a garden hose for marking . Depending on the density of the earth, use a pick or shovel to dig a trench. It will be nice at this stage to add fertilizer to it. Peat or humus is ideal.
At a distance of 15-30 centimeters, use fittings or mounts to make holes for seedlings.
It is advisable to make them at an angle. As a result of such planting, the plants intersect, which means that the hedge in the country will be denser.
It remains to water the plants. When they finally take root and grow up, you can start pinching and cutting them, this will wake the kidneys and cause the growth of additional shoots.
