The capital of France is romantic, beautiful, mysterious during the day, but it is no less beautiful after sunset. Night Paris is a special atmosphere.
And it's not just about restaurants and entertainment venues that open by night, but also about burning lights and no less magnificent views - the dream of romantics and lovers to take walks. Not without reason, an increasing number of
travel agencies, in addition to the standard sightseeing tour of the city, offers a similar route even in the dark.
Paris at night - another city
Great pleasure and a lot of impressions will be delivered by a walk in the center of the French capital. The Champs Elysees, sung by Joe Dassin, the Seine with river buses running along it and, of course, Her Majesty the Eiffel Tower.
A lot of things were said about this great building: from enthusiastic to angry. One of the representatives of French bohemia (a contemporary of Eiffel) said that this masterpiece spoils the appearance of the city, and even worse, you can’t hide from it anywhere. The reporters ’surprise knew no bounds when they met him at the restaurant, which opened on the observation deck of the tower, and his response stunned them even more:“ This is the only place in the city where I can not see this monster. ”

Crossing the bridge to the other side of the Seine, it is easy to get to the Louvre, and from there to Rivoli. You can endlessly talk about where to go for a walk in the evening, but, in addition to the beautiful views, the city has a lot of interesting things.
Night Paris - legendary shows
Of course, we must not forget about the two legendary institutions, without which Paris would be completely different.
The classic Moulin Rouge cabaret was opened in the red light district in 1889. At different times, performances of completely different nature were staged on his stage: shows, performances by the stars of the French chanson and striptease, which was first performed in this particular institution. Visitors to the cabaret at various times were Oscar Wilde, Picasso, Toulouse-Lautrec, Prince of Wales. Today's Red Mill is a place where you can see the famous French cancan.
No less fame went to the Lido cabaret, which began its work in 1928 and received the name in honor of the Italian beach, whose images were used as scenery. The institution was a mix of hydropathic, swimming pool and casino. In 1946, the cabaret was bought by the Clerico brothers. It was then that they began to show the show. The revolutionary idea of combining the show with dinner was born precisely within the walls of Lido, and later it was picked up by other entrepreneurs. The formula is being successfully implemented today: first, culinary masterpieces from the master of French cuisine await visitors, and only after dinner is finished the performance begins.
