Children's collective is an association of children on the basis of a common useful activity. Description of the children's team

Each parent understands how important it is for the child to develop. In order to exist freely in society, it is important for children to learn to feel good among other children from a young age. Therefore, parents are trying to choose for their child those creative teams that suit him.

What is a children's team?

To get started, you need to deal with the concept. A children's team is a collection of children in which they come together for useful activities. For example, sports, creative activities, music activities, etc.

The main feature of the team is a common goal around which joint classes are organized. Each team must have a leader. In the children's team - this is the leader-teacher.

At what age does the socialization of children begin? Raising a child in a team usually begins with kindergarten. The child falls into a new sphere for him. After all, at home often, the child is the most beloved, adored, and any of the adults will necessarily respond to any of his words with the words: "What do you want, hare?" or "Baby, can I help you?" At home, the child also gets used to being told: “You are the most beautiful”, “The best”, etc. But, getting into the children's team this does not happen anymore. His worldview is changing dramatically, because he is not the most important and beloved. He is periodically compared with others, for example: “Why can Vanya get dressed himself, but you can’t?”, And the children are cruel to each other. It is enough that in the younger group, one girl will tell the other that she is ugly and her clothes are terrible, this will affect the psychological state of the child, up to the grave consequences, if you do not start working on it in time. Therefore, the psychological climate in the team is very important. For this, educational institutions use several educational techniques that allow you to control the situation.

Children's Team Leader

As they usually like to say: "The fish is going out of my head," so here, the most important thing is to lead the group. If a person is not suitable for this position, or does not give all his best, or does not give a report to his every action, then his team will behave the same, that is, not show initiative and interest in general activities. If you do not help the children to unite, do not call for friendship, they will walk on their own and become more and more locked in their inner world. Therefore, it is the leader who must find an approach to each child, identify a leader or leaders, and learn to put together the kids so that they are interested in each other.

Creation of children's groups

If there are a lot of people in the team, then the smart leader always tries to first divide it into small groups and only then unite everyone together. Indeed, any person needs time to get close to new people, to join the team. In a small group, this is easier to do. Tables for a small number of people, division into teams, integration into microgroups for tasks allow the child to get acquainted with several new children first and make friends with them. Then, as a rule, children are mixed, or they give a common task for everyone so that the children can get to know each other better. Therefore, in kindergartens there is an adaptation program, when children are invited for the first time in small groups, and not all thirty people gather in one room at once.

Choosing the right team

In all educational institutions for children, you can enroll your child in additional classes in sports or creative teams. This helps the child to further develop, as well as realize himself in something new. Such classes usually bring together children from different classes or groups, which gives children, on the one hand, the opportunity to meet new people, and on the other, additional stress. After all, you study or create something of your own, creative, or manifest your physical strength, which may not always work. The fear of disgrace in front of strangers is sometimes so strong that the child is ready to close or completely abandon this activity. Therefore, it is important to look at the relationship in the children's team. It is important that all children understand that here they are all just students and their main task is to get to the result together! Then everyone will appreciate his colleague and help those who are lagging behind.

Work with parents

educators and parents

Another important factor in creating a good children's team is working with parents. After all, each parent must understand how important it is for his child to quickly adapt to the new team, and try to help him as much as possible in this. First of all, parents should carefully prepare the child before the first trip to the educational institution and explain to him that there is nothing wrong with that. To teach the child self-discipline, and try not even at home to let him behave in a way that would be unacceptable in kindergarten. Indeed, if the baby does something wrong, they will definitely make a remark, which means they will already distinguish it from the others from the bad side. Then, each team leader should provide parents with a description of the children’s team and point out the problems that their child may face. Indeed, only in the joint work of adults who influence the development of a child can good results be achieved in education. For example, if in a kindergarten they say that it’s bad to poke your nose, and mother says that it’s good, then the child has an internal dissonance and he chooses someone’s side. This means that subsequently, the child will no longer believe or trust the other side.

Games for rapprochement

The best way for a child of any age is to join the team in a playful way. This helps him to show his best qualities, seeks to improve the result, look for allies and of course, do not get bored. The easiest way is team building games, such as sports. We all remember these constant competitions between classes, and then between schools, in which it was always so interesting to participate. The child is given the opportunity to prove himself, but he alone will not be able to win. Therefore, children try to work together with their colleagues to achieve a good team result. Another tool works here - common interests. After all, when people have common interests, they begin to eagerly discuss them, share their opinions and, of course, penetrate each other with friendly feelings.

But, if the child does not show interest in sports or is simply not able to physically participate in competitions, a huge variety of other collective games comes to the rescue. For example, music, theater clubs, living corners and more. Where children are also united by a common idea and they have a specific goal, to which alone they will not be able to come to a result. For example, one vocalist will not be able to sing for the entire choir, or one boy will play the entire play "Teremok", one child will not have time to remove all the cells of hamsters and water the flowers, and so on.

What are collective games for?

Team building games are needed in order for the child to learn how to interact with other people in society. And also, to maintain team spirit, the desire to quickly and well interact. After all, children often learn from each other. So, if one child learns to throw the ball into the basket, there will definitely be someone in the team who also wants to learn how to do this. When they already do this together, there will certainly be someone who wants to join. So, thanks to one, a whole team will gather. Although, initially, only one was able. But for the team to truly unite, they will need an opposing team. Indeed, it is easier to unite against a common enemy, and the children will work as one, against the main enemy, turning into a single organism.

Problems in the children's team

Everything is not always perfect in a children's team, conflicts can arise by themselves. The older the children become, the more they create criteria for division. If in kindergarten, they can only share by gender or who sits next to whom. Even the smallest details are already important in the school, for example, how cool the child’s clothes or mobile phone is. Children are also divided by academic performance and attendance, which affects teamwork and often leads to conflict. In order for the teacher to be able to properly assemble a friendly team, he needs to determine what place each child occupies in it and how best to work with him.

Leader

The most active and somewhat aggressive child. He manipulates others so that the world around him matches his desires. In addition, the leader mediates between the children's group and adults. But, he often relies solely on his opinion. For this, the leader may not be loved, but they obey him for fear of being an outcast. The leader himself becomes aware of his role and responsibility for other children appears.

Massovka

Most of the children belong to this category. Children do not show great initiative, do not move the team. But there are pluses to this. A child feels equal with people like him, and can easily easily deviate in a good or bad way without harming his reputation.

White crow

Such children are extremely selective in the choice of friends, as they have their own ideas about the structure of the world. Other children, as a rule, are wary of such children, since they cannot understand them, and therefore, they do not understand how to be friends with them and what to expect from them. Most often, such individuals make friends in hobby groups where they can fully express themselves.

Outcast

Outcast in society

Parents are afraid of this word, but in fact, most often it is the choice of the child himself. Therefore, as a rule, tearful children or greedy, as well as shy and aggressive, belong to this type. Why?

Tearful children are most often those who believe that they can do everything and everyone should, but no one gives anything. Therefore, they use one of the main children's weapons - tears. But, instead of bringing the desired result, as in communicating with mom, in the team such a child is simply ridiculed. The child understands that here no one needs his desires and simply leaves the team. Or children can no longer withstand constant tears and decadent moods and are removed from such a child.

With greedy everything is simple. Children’s team is common games and toys, but they don’t want to share toys and sweets. Therefore, other children simply draw an analogy that candy is dearer to him than a person, and move away. Most often this happens due to a glut of toys at home. The child is accustomed to the fact that everything belongs to him. In this case, it is important to explain to the child that not everything can be achieved with material things, and collective work brings much more results than working alone. So, for example, it is much more convenient to pick apples when one shakes the tree, another collects below, and the third replaces the container for new fruits. Thus, you can collect a lot of apples in a short period of time. But, if the child will do everything alone, then he will have to climb and climb down the tree many times, run after the container and in the end, he will quickly get tired and collect a little.

Shy children also do not inspire confidence, since others do not understand what to do with such a child who does not speak much, refuses active games and does not share his impressions of the common cause. Shyness is a character trait that is instilled by constant restrictions on the part of adults. “Do not stomp”, “Do not run”, “Do not lie” - all this gives rise to self-doubt in the child, as he thinks that he is doing everything wrong and is afraid to decide on an action without an adult's order. Such a baby needs to be involved in simple role-playing games, where he can unleash his potential and express his desires.

Excessive aggression also repels other children who are not ready to engage in constant conflict with the fighter. The child is simply sure that he cannot achieve something from the rest of the children by other methods. It is worth showing him how easy it is to communicate in polite words, and that friendship brings a lot of positive results.

The most private outcasts are sneakers. From early childhood, the child was clearly explained what is good and what is bad and how important it is to observe the rules of discipline. Clearly guided by the program laid down to him in childhood, the child longs for justice, and immediately tries to correct everything wrong, reporting this to adults. But, for each act, the child has its own good reasons, and you should first talk to him, find out why he did this and only after that issue a verdict.

The children’s team needs to take care of each child’s well-being separately, as well as the general psychological climate of the children’s team so that the children feel happy, because they are our future.
