The plant begins to bloom in the second, sometimes in the third year. Division and transplantation is best done in early spring (before foliage) or in early autumn, in September.

This plant is used mainly as a decorative foliage. It makes carpet stains of a large size, most often in the shade. Coral moths are used for decorating the soil and small building structures. This representative of the flora is perfect for decorating the shores of a reservoir or pools. Its long shoots hanging to the water look wonderful and add natural coziness to the place.
