Surface preparation

Next, align the walls (if required) and putty. After all the preparatory measures, you can proceed to wallpapering. First, measure the height of the wall and measure the first canvas. Most often, glue smears the wallpaper from the top to the bottom, and then the edges or walls (if you have non-woven wallpaper). Next, the sheet is left for impregnation in accordance with the instructions (10-15 minutes). If the paintings are not sufficiently saturated, then air bubbles form on the walls.
The prepared sheet is applied to the joined side, holding it from the top in the center. The strip must be pressed with a soft roller, spreading the sheet from the center to the edges. We especially smooth out the seams, and remove excess glue with a sponge or rag.
Finished joints are periodically inspected and smoothed. Bubbles that could not be removed with a roller, puncture with a needle and press.
If a sticker on the wallpaper behind the batteries or pipes is required, then all the joints are especially carefully coated with glue, and in the places of the hooks we make neat cuts. In the presence of plastic slopes with a flexible corner of the edge of the wallpaper, be sure to remove it. At doors and windows, the edges of the wallpaper are cut off only after drying.
