Start of privatization
As you know, the privatization process in our country started in the early 90s of the last century. Subsequently, his terms were repeatedly postponed: to the beginning of 2007, then to the beginning of 2010, and then to March 1 of last year.

What does the law require?
In accordance with the requirements of the law, in order to register a property as a private property, you must obtain the consent of all family members who live in it, as well as those who are over 14 years old.
Persons recognized by law to be legally incompetent (those who are in the age range of 14 to 18 years old) may apply for privatization of a property only with the consent of their legal representatives. If one of the relatives, who lives together in the apartment, objects to privatization, then he must officially refuse to implement this procedure. In this case, other family members can register the property as a common property.
