Law in the system of social norms of modern civilization

The modern world is a well-developed civilization, which, despite a number of difficulties and problems, was still able to overcome many negative factors in its development and move to the stage of democratic relations with each other, as well as accepting a person as an individual having his own rights and duties . This can be considered the main achievement of our civilization, where the principle of law is at the head of all the events and phenomena of social relationships, both between individuals and between states. That is why law in the system of social norms occupies a dominant position, on the basis of which modern relationships are built.

Any society is a series of certain social and interpersonal relationships, which as a whole make up a whole tangle of complex interweaving of a social nature. It is because of this that a group of people turns into a particular society. It should be noted that the main principle due to which any team exists is communication. It is it that makes it possible for people to learn maximum information about each other and to form their own attitude to this or that person. It is also important to remember that the emotional sphere of a person seriously affects both his behavior and his relationships with people in society. Therefore, as a result of the development of human culture and civilization , certain rules of human behavior in society were formed , which today have acquired certain norms and social attitudes. To protect the interests of both society and an individual, such an important concept was created as law. In the system of social norms, legal relationships are the most important today, since they determine the possibility of economic, legal, political and other activities.

However, in addition to social norms, there are also technical norms, which are the rules for the interaction of people with tools, equipment, tools and other achievements of the modern world. Law and social and technical standards are closely interconnected, since today, technical, medical, physiological, sanitary-hygienic, mathematical, engineering and other norms that also have a legal status and are formally fixed can be equated with technical standards. For example, the provision of medical services is enshrined in the law on public health, which clearly spells out the rights and obligations of medical workers regarding the treatment of sick people, and each patient has the right to receive quality medical care. Thus, we can see that law in the system of social norms is the main factor determining the possibility of certain actions by specific employees.

It should also be noted that the law interacts with other norms, including both social, moral and religious aspects. The law and other social norms are correlated with each other as the main legislative act of any country - the Constitution, correlated with other normative and by-laws. That is, no social norm can go against the existing laws, because otherwise it will be considered illegal. Thanks to this, violence and cruelty, which could exist in certain extremist societies, fanatical religious circles, and so on, is suppressed.

Modern law in the system of social norms has a solid legal basis, which is based on the principles of mutual respect and respect for the rights of every person. It is this principle that allows in any situation to conduct a constructive dialogue between all subjects of the social process and achieve a certain result.
