The last mission in GTA 5 can be completed in three ways. Namely:

Kill Michael

We save partners

Switching between the characters, take them all out and destroy the remaining agents. Then you will have a conversation with your partners, during which you decide to get rid of all enemies: Wei Chen, Harold Joseph, Steve Haines and Devin Weston.
We kill opponents
The first goal will be the head of the Chinese triad. Before heading to it, be sure to stock up on bulletproof vests and buy a Velcro bomb (you'll need it to get the achievement). Wait for Wei Chen to take the highway. Catch up with him on a motorcycle and use Franklin's special ability to drop a Velcro bomb in his car. And then hide from the pursuers.
To kill Harold Joseph (Stretch), switch to Michael and go to the basketball court. Just go to the target and destroy it in any way. And then hide from the Ballas gang.
Now your path lies to the Del Perro Pier, where Stephen Hayes is filming his show. Shoot this sales agent with a sniper rifle, and then hide from the police.
Before you go to kill the last enemy, visit Ammu-Nation and replenish the ammunition, because you will face a serious mess.
