Was born in Leningrad on December 14, 1988. Her mom is a doctor, dad is a military man.
In 2011, she graduated with honors from the Faculty of Journalism (majoring in Public Relations) at St. Petersburg State University.
In 2012, she graduated from the Law Faculty (majoring in Law) at the North-West Institute of Management.
In 2016 - Faculty of Psychology and Pedagogy of Moscow State University named after Sholokhov.
Social and political activities
Yana Lantratova in 2006 became the creator and leader of the youth public association “Childhood. ST ". His activity is the organization of charity events in boarding schools, hospitals and orphanages.
Since the end of 2009, Yana began volunteering. She coordinated the project of SBI MGER “I am a volunteer” from 2010 to 2013.
At the end of 2010, she established a monitoring center for violations of children's rights, the struggle to disseminate pedophilia and pornography, which she directed until March 2013.
Since 2011, he has been the head of the working group of the ONF (All-Russian Popular Front) on the suppression of crimes against children (distribution of child pedophilia and pornography on the Internet).
In 2012, Yana Lantratova initiated the creation of the SDR (“Union of Russian Volunteers”), which today consists of volunteers from 77 regions of the country. They work in several social areas:

In 2014-2015, Yana Lantratova carried out activities for the resettlement of refugees from Ukraine, organized the collection and transfer of humanitarian aid for them.
In 2015, she took office as Executive Secretary of the HRC.
In the same year, she took up the development of a voluntary movement in Crimea. On June 26, in the city of Kerch, a rally of volunteers “We Can Together!” Took place, in which Yana took part.
At it, local activists agreed to hold a joint seminar with representatives of the Central Headquarters of the SDR. Some ideas proposed by the participants of the rally were tested on the territory of other constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
Yana Lantratova believes that Russian youth today has great organizational and creative potential. The main problem that needs to be addressed is the creation of mechanisms for the realization of the social principle of people.

Yana Lantratova is married. In 2012, she gave birth to a son, who in May turned 6 years old. His name is Arseny.
