Is emancipation a new female happiness?

It's no secret that every year on the planet, especially in developed countries, there are an increasing number of women who want to be prey and, in principle, believe that they can do without men. In order to talk about this phenomenon, you need to understand, emancipation is what?

First, referring to the dictionaries, we note that in Rome, for example, this term meant the child's exit from the custody of his father. Secondly, the modern dictionary of foreign words indicates that emancipation is a liberation from any kind of addiction, balancing rights.

The Civil Code of the Russian Federation clarifies another concept - the emancipation of minors. The bottom line is that a minor under the age of 16 can be recognized as fully capable if he has concluded an employment contract and is working. Also, this procedure is performed if a citizen is engaged in entrepreneurship with the permission of parents, adoptive parents or guardians. Among other things, minors who have entered into marriage are recognized as emancipated, and upon dissolution of the marriage, full legal capacity does not lose its force.

Now one more very important aspect should be considered - female emancipation. This issue is worthy of attention, if only because it is problematic for the 21st century, various studies are devoted to it, which confirm that the emancipation of women leads not only to negative consequences, as is commonly believed.

Russian scientists, understanding the question of where the legs grow from, concluded that in the 20th century, as a result of wars and revolutions, men were almost never at home. Children were put on the feet of grandmothers, aunts, mothers, who instilled in them certain outlooks on life. Of course, paternal upbringing was not enough for sons, many grew up infantile, not ready to take responsibility.

As a result, for several decades, the system of gender relations between a man and a woman was completely rebuilt. The guardians of the outbreak until recently, in fact, did not stand on an equal footing with the stronger sex, were infringed on their rights and, in principle, did not know that a woman's life could go a different way.

We are talking about Russia, because in the United States the process of emancipation began much earlier. Now they have almost 70% of women single, and the share of free women in our country is growing rapidly every year. As a result - late childbirth or even a refusal to have children, the so-called child-free movement, which also came from the West. This is one of the negative consequences that female emancipation has led to.

Another negative phenomenon can be rather called a vicious circle, a paradox. Most men now do not want to have wives standing at the stove and having no interests other than farming. They are interested in successful, educated businesswoman, however, they understand that they still have to kindle a hearth.

What is the paradox? Such women have achieved recognition, success, they carry out a huge part of men's duties, and many of them, oddly enough, live beautifully and alone. At least for the time being.

Men, in turn, according to research, such hunters need strong, able to surpass them in something. But such, unfortunately, are not so common. To the question of why, the answer is that, in connection with the upbringing of a fairly vast part of the stronger sex, the vision still remains that the man in the house is the main one, and the woman, if not a shadow, then at least not superior to him individual.

But emancipation is not only negative trends. The positive aspects of women's emancipation include the fact that ladies can freely study on a par with men, have active and passive suffrage, and much more.

Thus, we figured out that emancipation is the endowment of subjects of this category with equal rights with other people. We understood that the Civil Code of the Russian Federation was considering the concept of full legal capacity. We found out that the endowment of a citizen at the age of 16 years as such is the emancipation of minors.
