They are fastened using electric arc welding, and it is the drop-shaped cross-section that makes it possible to make an improved weld. The main advantage of such canopies is the simplicity and high quality of the material. The performance of the hinges is provided by the built-in thrust ball bearings, the adjustment is very simple and convenient, it is carried out by a special screw. The case is made of heavy-duty profiled steel. Teardrop-shaped hinges support the weight of even very massive gates and ensure their long-term operation.
Hidden garage hinges have been developed to effectively protect the gate from breaking. The price for them is slightly higher than for ordinary ones, which is justified by a number of advantages. These mechanisms are installed directly inside the profile. They are almost impossible to cut, they do not require maintenance and are much more durable, as they are covered by this very profile. But, most importantly, hidden attachments make it possible to open the gate 180 degrees, which is very convenient for the owner of the garage. The installation of such hinges requires certain skills and, as a rule, is carried out by professionals, but recently the production of gates with hidden hinges already integrated in them has been arranged, so that problems with inserting such mechanisms can be avoided.
The required number of loops is recommended to be purchased in one set or from at least one manufacturer. This will ensure a good fit of the flaps and make it easier to fit their position in width and height.
