During the passage of the secondary quest "In the wolf skin" in "The Witcher 3", Geralt will have to face the wolf. Tordara you can find on the pier in the village of Larvik. He willingly agrees to cooperate with Geralt and tells him how, as a pilgrim, he witnessed the transformation of Morkvarg into a wolkolak. Tordar will also confirm Josta’s words that the pirate was indeed cursed for desecrating the sacred grove.
Quest for Morkvarg
Now that Geralt has learned the whole story, it is time to get rid of the monster. Go to the north-eastern part of the sacred grove, find there the lair of Morkvarg. At the approaches to the Volkolak dwelling, you, hiding in a shelter, will hear the monster talking to himself about some mysterious key.
The witcher will not be able to hide for a long time. A monster with excellent sense of smell quickly learns an outsider, so you have to fight him. The fight is not so difficult. The player just needs to have time to deliver quick blows with a silver sword, not giving the volkolak time for regeneration. In addition, the monster is vulnerable to fire, which means that the sign of Igne will be very useful.
Defeating Morkvarg, you can talk to him and learn more about the curse. Volkolak, by the way, will ask you not to kill him completely, but to spell, so you have to choose how to proceed.
If you decide to get rid of the monster once and for all, then for this you will only need to feed it with its own meat. Just take this ingredient from the body of the killed Volkolak, and during the next meeting with Morkvarg, feed him the meat. After that, the quest "In the wolf skin" in "The Witcher 3" will be completed, and you can get a reward for him by contacting the priestess Yosta.
The Secret of Tordar
But in case you want to spell Morkvarg, you still have a lot to run to different locations. First of all, the player will need to get into the secret cave, which is located under the Volkolak den. To do this, lift the first dam using the levers, dive under the water and swim under it. Once in the cave, inspect the remains of the robber and take away from them the key that Morkvarg mentioned.

Curse
Having gotten a magic fang, return to the lair of Morkvarg. Volkolak will immediately attack Geralt, but this battle will not be any different from the previous one, so you can easily win. As you probably noticed, you can go through the quest in several ways, which means that the consequences of the choice will be different:

- If you spare Morkvarg, then after some time, he will again begin to rob and kill people. The reward in this case will be a silver sword, which you can pick up from a junkman in Novigrad.
You can also get both rewards for the quest "In the wolf skin" in "The Witcher 3". To do this, conjure Morkvarg and get a sword from a junkman. Then, returning to Skellig, kill the former Volkolak, and after that take the reward from the priestesses as well.
