It was thanks to Uspensky that the children's animated series “Fixics” was born, which modern young viewers love so much. It is based on the novel of Assumption “Warranty Men”, which was born in 1974.

Cheburashka is one of the most famous heroes created by this author. Together with his friends - a crocodile Gena, a doll Galya, a dvoechnik Dima, an excellent pupil Marusya - he opened the House of Friendship. For many years, Ouspensky’s works about a boy named Uncle Fyodor and his friends - animals: a cat nicknamed Matroskin and a dog named Sharik have enjoyed great success among readers. The first story from this cycle was published in 1974. In total, the cycle included seven books. Ouspensky's tales were so popular that they formed the basis of animated films. Between 1975 and 2011, five cartoons were featured on television screens telling about the adventures of smart boy Uncle Fyodor and his talking friends - animals.

The audience met the cartoon ambiguously. Viewers criticized the drawing, which is very different from the original. The plot and hidden advertising "Mile.ru" also caused a lot of discontent.
