Hybrid "Ermoshka" F1. It’s universal in terms of soil (that is, it is suitable for growing both in beds and in greenhouses. Medium early in fruiting is a growing season of about 50 days. Cucumbers are 10 to 11 centimeters long and very tasty, without bitterness.

And finally - a delicious recipe for pickling cucumbers. 1 liter of water, 50 grams of salt, as much as you like - cucumbers, to the taste of spices. Cucumbers are washed and stacked in glass jars, layering with spices. Then pour boiling 5% salt solution (i.e. 50 grams of salt per liter of oxen). Cans are covered with lids and left for about a week before fermentation. And only then cucumbers are added with brine and rolled up with lids. Salted cucumbers prepared according to this recipe can be stored even at room temperature.
