Therefore, arriving, finally, in the resort town, we forget about such a thing as โ€œadaptationโ€ and rush headlong into the deep sea, throw ourselves on the sand in order to get a beautiful tan, and dance until you drop in a night cafe. There are 28 legal days of vacation ahead and it is important to correctly approach this issue.

This canโ€™t be done. Arriving on vacation, you need to be careful and know the rules of conduct so that the rest goes without excesses and is remembered for a long time. You need to create a rest regimen. If it is a beach and a tan, then at certain hours, if mineral water is cool, not icy, if dancing, then until twelve in the morning.

It is extremely important to observe the regime of rest in the resort city, because it is necessary to give the body the opportunity to get used to a different climate and to reorganize in a new way without stress.

Upon arrival at the beach, wait, get used to the atmosphere, bask in the sun. After the air bath you can go to the water.

Upon arrival, it is recommended to swim in the sea twice, having a gap of 4-5 hours. Before the very first bath, it is advisable to grind so that the body is accustomed to the temperature of the water. Even if it is very warm - do not take risks, but do everything gradually and measuredly.

It is important to feel the measure and not swim until the lips turn blue. This can lead to a cooling of the body, after which the most common cold will seem universal tragedy, and instead of the sun, sea and a beautiful tan, you will see only medicines.

If you suddenly feel that you are quite cold, you should immediately go ashore, rub yourself well with a towel and stretch yourself. You can play volleyball, for example, or just jump.

Remember that in the early days you should not recline in the sun, wanting to get a tan for all the days ahead. This is fraught with a banal sunburn, which will not only spoil your entire mythical tan now, but also the memory of your vacation, since in all the photos you will have a red face and a shabby body. Of course, no one will like this prospect, so in the first three days, minimize the purchase of tanning and are not in the sun from 11.30 to 16.00.

By the way, it was at this time that the sun emits radioactive radiation and various fungi and shelters from it will not save you. There is a high likelihood of getting a sunstroke, as well as migraines, high blood pressure and so on.

Of course, everyone wants to sit in a cafe until the morning, but then you have to choose - either relaxation, the sea and the beach, or a cafe until the morning, because when you come home at dawn, you hardly want to go to the beach. And if it does arise, it is only due to the fact that conscience torments, but on the beach you will not have much fun. That is why you need to observe the regime of rest time.

Best of all, if you create your own relaxation regime, where your whole day will be painted, then it will be easier to navigate. After all, you also want to visit the excursions, and see local attractions. Therefore, it is important to calculate your strength correctly and plan your every day. After all, you had the regime of working hours and rest time in your hometown - itโ€™s important to set your own rhythm of life on vacation.
