Crafts from plastic bottles for the playground: palm trees, butterflies , flowers
A homemade palm tree from bottles will turn the playground into a fabulous island! To make it, you need the lower parts of brown and the middle parts of green bottles (preferably 2 liters). In each bottom of the brown container (first cut the bottom of the bottle to a height of about 20 cm, make the edges zigzag), you need to drill a hole in order to then assemble them into the barrel, for which you can use a long iron rod as the basis. We cut the green bottles in half and make the edges in the shape of leaves. When all the blanks are in stock, we proceed to the assembly: we string all the brown parts onto the iron barrel, we fix the leaves from the green bottles from above. The palm tree is ready!
How to make crafts from plastic bottles for a playground in the shape of flowers? Easy! Cut the bottom of any bottle and turn on the fantasy! Use the property of plastic to deform under the influence of fire, so it is easy to create various flowers as close as possible to the original. From the middle of green bottles, flower stems can be cut.
Making butterflies is also not difficult. It is necessary to cut blanks from any bottles in the shape of a butterfly, paint them with paints at your discretion. The main thing you should remember when making various crafts from plastic bottles is that children will certainly want to touch them with pens, and therefore all cutting sharp edges of the products must be bent.
Useful crafts from plastic bottles for the playground
And you can think about our smaller brothers and build useful crafts for them: feeders or birdhouses; and hang them near the site. Imagine how interesting it will be for the kids to watch how the birds behave, feed them crumbs! To make a feeder, you need to take a plastic bottle (1.5 or 2 liters in volume), cut a hole just below the middle (with a diameter of about 5 centimeters) so that it can be bent down and fixed, i.e. do not remove the lower part. Now pour the grains and hang the bottle by the neck. The feeder is ready!
A birdhouse can be made from a larger bottle (5 or 6 liters). Here, the plastic will be denser. Paint the future birdhouse dark (so that the birds feel protected from prying eyes), cut a hole in the middle (five centimeters in diameter), fix the bottle on a tree trunk and wait for the feathered settlers!

You can make hanging flower pots (by cutting and fixing the bottles as shown in the photo). It is easy to make real flowerpots out of larger containers (for example, dig an inverted five-liter bottle with a cut bottom into the ground and decorate it as desired).
