Razban through the console
The easiest and fastest way to remove a single ban is to use a game console. Razban IP addresses
The problem with the nickname ban is that the same user can create a new account and log into your server again in order to disrupt order. Search for files you need

Ban removal via files
As you might have guessed, the above files contain nicknames of banned players and blocked IP addresses, respectively. Now you just have to open the file with a text editor, find the corresponding nickname or IP address and delete the line containing information about the bath.
