Right to education

In virtually every modern state, all citizens have the right to education, without exception. What does this expression mean? The fact that everyone has the right to receive free primary, basic general, and at the same time secondary vocational education. It must be publicly available. You can get it at municipal or state institutions.

The child’s right to education is enshrined in the Constitution. It also says that on a competitive basis, each of us has the opportunity to get a higher education.

Mandatory in our country is only basic general education. One of the most important parental responsibilities is to control how the child receives it.

In our country, certain federal state. educational standards. Certain lows are also set. Various forms of education are permissible. The possibility of self-education is not excluded.

Man has many rights and freedoms. Among them, the right to education occupies a very important position. Do not forget that it is due to it that you can make the country's population intellectually developed. The constitutional right to education is one of the foundations of a democratic system.

The main principles of public policy related to education are as follows:

- the nature of education is humanistic. Everything should be based on respect for universal values, health, as well as life. All interests of the individual must be taken into account;

- cultural and educational spaces should be united. The interests of small nations should be taken into account, infringement in the educational process on a national basis (in principle, as on any other) is unacceptable;

- education should be publicly available;

- the nature of education can only be secular. It is impossible to impose religious beliefs on children. Note that this rule has been increasingly violated recently. Modern religious organizations do not miss the opportunity to conduct this or that propaganda among students;

- there is pluralism in education (meaning multi-truth);

- educational institutions are autonomous, and citizens of the country have the right to take part in their management.

The right to education not only exists, but it is also guaranteed. Legislation guarantees that education can be obtained by anyone. At the same time, gender, nationality, religious beliefs, etc. do not have any meaning at all. Also , the origin, social and material status, place of residence does not affect the education.

Do these warranties apply? Act, but not as we would like. The fact is that the quality of teaching in rural schools still leaves much to be desired. In rural areas, there are always not enough teachers, technical support is poor, graduates of such educational institutions are not always willingly accepted into prestigious universities.

We all have the right to education, but not all of us want to realize it fully. You can study at least your whole life, but we strive to get any diploma as soon as possible and start making money. Looking around, it is easy to make sure that the level of education is falling. There are fewer people who really have at least some thought in their eyes.

Is the state trying to raise the level of education? Unfortunately not. Our government has long been doing everything possible to reduce the number of scientists. The situation of teachers is not improving; standards are getting lower and lower.

Yes, they cannot take away the right to a certain educational minimum from us, but they can change this β€œminimum”. The right to free higher education is also not canceled. Instead, fewer universities will be made, which will make entry competition very high.
