First, try to relax and at the same time find a new job. Of course, if you have worked in this organization for at least six months and have not yet been on vacation this year.

The administration does not have the right to refuse you. You can spend your vacation upon leaving as you see fit, but do not forget that until the last day of vacation you are still an employee of the organization from which you want to quit. Even if you’re afraid of being left without a source of income and don’t have a monetary reserve, which is traditionally called β€œa reserve for a rainy day” in our country, allow yourself a little rest. Buy a short tour or spend a week in a holiday home. Perhaps during this time you will be able to regain strength and take a fresh look at the situation.

After a rest, if you are still sure that your life needs a change, start looking for a new job. Do not forget that using the leave you have to leave when you leave, you are still an employee of the company, therefore, sending out a resume and participating in interviews, you can safely say that you are working and looking for more profitable offers. This will raise your status in the eyes of the potential employer. Yes, you yourself will feel more confident.

As a rule, the search for a new job can lead to two scenarios. For example, you can understand that the previous place of work was excellent, and all problems at work are minor and not worthy of your attention. In this case, you can go to your supervisor and withdraw the letter of resignation. Let us remind once again that this can be done before the date when the leave upon dismissal ends and if a new employee is not accepted in your place. If the place is already taken, then the manager may offer you another vacant position in this company, or you still have to return to the search for a new job.

The second scenario may be more optimistic. You will find a great new place of work and in the future you will be able to tell your friends and acquaintances that your vacation with the subsequent dismissal and knowledge of the Code of Labor Laws helped you in this matter.
