how to get a TIN is quite urgent today. It’s worth saying right away that, in fact, the TIN is a specific code of numbers that is issued to both legal entities and individuals. All citizens of our state who have reached the age of majority are entitled to receive a TIN. Since 1993, the receipt of such a document as a TIN has been the responsibility of every citizen. The process of obtaining TIN by an individual
You can get the TIN within 5 business days after the delivery of the full package of necessary documents. Note that Russian citizens have the right to receive it on a voluntary basis. For example, if it was not received, and tomorrow the employer is ready to issue you, then you will need to obtain a certificate as soon as possible. It is permissible to submit the finished package of documents personally by an individual to a competent institution, which is located at the place of registration of the bearer. There is another way, which involves submitting an application by means of communication, namely the Internet. This procedure greatly helps busy citizens save their valuable time. The finished package of documents should contain:
- application of a certain type (form No. 2-2);
- copies of all completed pages of the passport;
- receipt or check, which confirms the payment of the established state duty.
If everything is done correctly, there should be no delays in obtaining the TIN. If any document is not enough, the registrar has the right to return it for revision, of course, indicating the reasons. After completion, the documents should be resubmitted.
