The park covers an area of 5.1 hectares. The date of its foundation is considered to be 1975 - that is, it belongs to fairly young parks of culture and recreation. Located in the city center, not far from the streets of Kalarash, Pavlov, Odoevsky.
Part of the area is occupied by plants, most of them are happy with greenery all year. These are palm trees, eucalyptus, oleander, plane tree, Caucasian linden , rhododendron, magnolia and others. They very organically fit into the landscape of the area, located on the seashore.
Also in the park there are walking paths, lawns, benches. Everything is clean and well maintained. And there is an opportunity to hide from the noise, crowds of people and to be alone with nature, to dream.

Rides
The most popular carousel in the park, the city and throughout the country is the Ferris wheel. It is listed in the Guinness Book of Records, since its height is 83.5 meters (for comparison: a high-rise building with more than 20 floors). And this is a record figure!
Passengers sit in cabins for 4 or 6 people and in 10 minutes go through a full turn on the ride. The view is just fabulous! The whole city is in full view: you can see the sea, houses, roads and the park itself from a bird's eye view.
There are some more extreme rides for adults that make you shake yourself a bit and get rid of overwhelming emotions. This is the "Free Fall Tower" and "Kamikaze." And for those who want to relax, there is billiards, a dolphinarium, an aquarium.
The park has many children's merry-go-rounds and entertainment: a train, trampolines, cars, an aquarium, an exotarium. For older children there is a kartodrom, a race track, bumper boats, a ball-zorb, a shooting gallery, a climbing wall.
Also in the wax museum there is always an interesting exhibition for adults and children. And in the concert hall "Coliseum" you can watch a good concert or performances by children's groups.
Waterpark "Nautilus"
And also in the territory of the recreation park there is a miniature water park for children and adults. It occupies 1.8 hectares of park area. Located on the right bank of the local river Psezuapse (which is 900 meters from the Black Sea).
The water park is so fun and interesting that you can relax here all day! This will especially appeal to the kids.
There is a specially equipped pool for children with a slide, various ladders of a bizarre shape. And also small fountains that rhythmically turn on and off.
