We issue a visa to Germany through a travel agency
If you chose this method, then you will need to provide the following documents to the travel agency:
- A passport with a validity period of at least three months after the planned date of return to Russia. Also, at least two clean pages should remain in it.
- Two photos (size 3.5x4.5 centimeters).
- Copies of absolutely all pages of an internal Russian passport.
- A certificate from your place of work on the official letterhead with a seal and signature. It should indicate the position of the applicant, the size of his salary and the scope of the company.
- A completed application form with the handwritten signature of the applicant.
- A statement of the authenticity of the information provided with a signature.
- Copies of documents confirming ownership of property.
- Bank statement, as well as a copy of your credit card. You can also provide travel checks.
- Consent to the processing of personal data.
We arrange a visa ourselves
If you decide to apply for a visa to Germany on your own by going to the German Embassy in Moscow, then in addition to the above you will need the following documents:
- A photocopy of the first page of the passport where the applicant’s personal data is indicated.
- Fully paid hotel reservation for the entire period of the proposed trip. An original or facsimile copy of the confirmation from the hotel must be presented to the embassy.
- If your visit is private, you will need to provide an invitation from a resident of Germany (the original and a copy). It must be issued at the local office for foreigners on a special form. Consular fee
The consular fee for applying for a visa in Germany for citizens of the Russian Federation is 35 euros. Additionally, the Visa Center charges another 720 rubles for its services. All fees are paid directly upon application at the aforementioned center. Payment takes place in rubles at the current rate. If for any reason you are denied a visa, the fee is not refundable. Children who have not reached the age of six are exempted from paying any fees.
