Ethics is a set of rules that determine the norm of behavior in communication and interaction with other people. And ethical standards are, in fact, the rules themselves, the observance of which makes contacts with others pleasant for everyone. Non-observance of etiquette does not entail criminal or administrative liability (in most cases), but is condemned by others, which is also a punishment for the violator.

At work, at school or university, at home with relatives, in a store, in public transport - at least two people interact with each other everywhere. This interaction includes facial expressions, actions and conversation, and all these components are evaluated by others. Of course, itβs unpleasant for anyone to get a kick in the subway, to hear rudeness from the seller, to see the cramped face of a colleague or classmate, to feel neglect of their loved ones. An educated person will never intentionally perform actions that cause discomfort and, especially, pain to other people. He will abide by special rules -
ethical standards.Do not push around, do not be rude to the person you are talking to, do not talk with your mouth full - these are all etiquette rules that make communication with others easy and enjoyable. It is very important to observe ethical standards, because otherwise there is a great risk of being branded as a rude and a boor, and they prefer not to deal with such people. And the person from whom everyone turns away has a very hard time.
It is very important to observe
ethical standards of behavior, because it is actions that characterize a person. Unfortunately, the rules of good form have long ceased to be studied without fail. This explains the rudeness and tactlessness of today's youth, its provocative behavior. Etiquette can only be achieved by setting a good example, but a rare teenager takes an example from his parents and teachers. βCoolβ peers and friends, idols, but not parents can serve
as role models . Thus, in modern society, ethical standards are gradually becoming a thing of the past, which leads to lack of culture, rudeness and lack of education of the growing generation.
However, even a person who has not received proper upbringing in childhood can be corrected, for that there is self-improvement. Libraries, theaters, special schools - all this exists specifically for those who want to become a cultured person, a person with a capital letter.
No less important are the ethical standards of communication, because the need for contact, dialogue with others is experienced by everyone. Even those who call themselves unsociable and uncommunicative feel a need for contact, simply select their interlocutors more carefully.
Communication with a polite person always brings pleasure, I want to talk with him again and again. The dialogue with the rude leaves an unpleasant aftertaste and unwillingness to continue the conversation.
Ethics of communication includes not so many rules. So, in a dialogue it is unacceptable to raise the tone and be rude to the interlocutor, the ban also applies to veiled insults. You must carefully listen to the speaker, but interrupt him or repeat the same thing several times.
Remembering these rules is not so difficult, and observing them can easily become the soul of any company.
