Stations of Bryansk, their features and schedule

The small regional center of Bryansk seems to be hidden in a corner of the European part of Russia near the borders with Ukraine and Belarus. The railway through the city was held in the 19th century. There are two stations in Bryansk, although the city is not so big in terms of population. When planning trips should take into account the features of each of them.

Railway station Bryansk-1 is considered the main in the city, through it goes the main stream of commuter and long-distance trains. To the south of the region, that is, to the Suzemka and Komarichi stations, suburban trains leave at 18:00, 18:31 and 20:40. They pass through both stations of Bryansk, you can also leave Lgovsky, the difference between departure will be 15 minutes.

To the east, in the direction of Orel, leaves up to five trains a day:

Station Bryansk-Lgovsky

The station itself is located in the southeast of the city in the Fokinsky district. Near it is the House of Culture of Railway Workers and an exit through Belorusskaya Street on Moskovsky Prospekt. It is necessary to go along it to the west to the bridge over the Desna, and after it Kalinin Street leads to the historical center of the city, where museums and other attractions are located. On the way to the bridge are the shopping centers "Line" and Cash & Carry.

A bus number 13 runs between Bryansk-Orlovsky and Bryansk-Lgovsky stations. The fare for travel is 18 rubles, and you can also take an electric train within the same zone.

Of the two stations, it is best to come to Bryansk-Oryol. You can get to the center from it by trolley buses No. 1, 6, 13, get out of transport at a stop near Revolution Square and start a walk south along Lenin Avenue past the Cathedral and Tyutchev Square.
