To do this, we again need to make a wire frame. We make the form not only of the base, but also in the middle we lay 5 thin strips. They will be simultaneously stiffeners for our beak, and it will also be convenient to attach decor to them later. When the frame is ready, we attach it to the kokoshnik. It remains only to decorate the beak. We will do this with a glue gun. We draw a cobweb between the stiffeners, sprinkle the silicone with sparkles and allow the material to cool. Our crown is ready.

It can be a scarf or stole. The main accent of the costume is the headgear and hairstyle. We make a fancy hat. It is best based on a plastic semicircle hollow inside. It will be easy to attach decor. First of all, we glue large plastic icicles to the base. And then you can stick a couple of branches into the crown for entourage, to which artificial snow or polystyrene must be glued.
As small parts you should use small ice floes and pebbles. When you finish the composition, it will need to be painted. This is easiest to do with a spray can.
