Surrounded by protected forests, on the lake Tarasovskoye, is the village of Tolbuhino, Yaroslavl region. There are only 17 streets in the village, and about 500 people live there. History

It is believed that the vicinity of the village was previously inhabited by the Fatyanovites, who lived here more than 4 thousand years ago. Until 1950, the village had a different name - Davydkovo. Renamed the settlement in honor of Tolbukhin F.I. - Soviet marshal.
