To answer the question of how to sprout oats, you first need to decide why it is needed. This amazing plant is very different from the rest in its beneficial qualities. Its grains are rich in fiber, iron, fluorine, calcium, magnesium and many other elements necessary for the human body. Cereal seeds, in general, are for the most part very useful. But their effect increases at times, if there are precisely germinated grains.

Put them in a jar. Pour in drinking water so that about 10 - 12 cm of liquid covers the oats on top. After 12 hours, carefully drain all the water, and pour the seeds into the same jar again. Next, take the capron cover and drill a few 5-mm holes in it for ventilation. If this is not done, the air will not flow to the seeds, and the venture will certainly not succeed. Close the prepared jar with a lid and leave it for several days in a room where the temperature does not exceed 23 degrees, otherwise the oats will overheat and become moldy (then germination will slow down significantly) or, even worse, it will decay altogether.

How to germinate seeds
Remember that grains need to be washed every day, but you should express well water. Finally, when you find that the first sprouts have appeared, begin to regularly move the oats in the jar, as if to fluff it. This should be done so that the seeds and sprouts are saturated with fresh oxygen and germinate more actively. If you strictly followed this instruction, then after 3 to 4 days your grains will certainly grow by about 5 millimeters. No need to wait for large sprouts, since such a length is optimal (sprouts contain the maximum number of useful trace elements). Now you know how to sprout oats. Do not forget to periodically discard spoiled grains (sprouted, moldy or rotten).

But this is not the only option for germination. There is at least one more way to sprout oats. Dry sawdust should be poured into a clean shallow plate (or in a baking sheet) so that the thickness of this layer is 2 centimeters. Place oat grains on top. This layer should have a thickness of not more than 1 centimeter. Then again sawdust (it is necessary that they cover all the grains). Pour it all with hot water and carefully level it. Make sure that the grains do not swim, do not overdo it! Continue to water the oats with warm water daily. Soon you will see young green shoots hatch through the sawdust.
