With its help, the monastery was given its former appearance. The main temple of the monastery - Sretenskaya church - was erected at the end of the seventeenth century. Museum of Local Lore

The exposition was originally located in the building of the City Duma. And since 1936, the exhibition took its place in the Entrance-Jerusalem Church, built in the eighteenth century. The museum was founded by the merchant Kunkin, who took an active part in the life of his land and was interested in its history. Over the years, he collected antique items. His collection was confiscated by the authorities and served as the basis for a modern exhibition. Church of Joachim and Anna

Once on the site of the temple stood a different church. She was burned during the Time of Troubles. In 1650, the new church was lit in the presence of Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich. The construction is unique in that, during the construction, nails and other iron fasteners were not used. Logs were connected using ridges and grooves. This design was considered the most reliable. Overhaul and replacement of the log house was carried out in 1970. Unfortunately, the unique structure has not survived to our times. In 1998, the fire destroyed everything.
