Planting in the ground is performed by germinated seeds, which are placed in well-watered small grooves.
The main care for sage is to conduct systematic weeding, loosening the soil and regular watering.
Sage oak must be fed every spring, using organic fertilizers for this. In one place, the plant can grow up to 7 years.
Three-year-old flowers rejuvenate around the month of April. To do this, cut the shoots, leaving about 15 centimeters from the soil level. Due to this, bushiness of sage increases.
Sage oak differs from its counterparts in a more delicate aroma and peculiar flowering. The plant begins to bloom in the first year, around mid-July. In the second year of life, oak sage (photos are shown) blooms for a much longer period of time, starting in June and blooming only in August.

Sage is harvested in the morning, always in dry weather, during the flowering period of the plant.
