In Russia, there is only one Romanian embassy - in Moscow. In addition, two consulates general are located in the Russian Federation. One is in the city of St. Petersburg and the second is in Rostov-on-Don. They are engaged in servicing the Rostov and Leningrad regions.
General information
The Romanian Embassy in Moscow works primarily to issue visas to Russian citizens who would like to visit this state. They issue both short-term and long-term visas. They also accept documents for obtaining and restoring Romanian citizenship to those who have lost it or who have grandparents, mom or dad, as well as great-grandmother and great-grandfather had Romanian citizenship in the past.

The institution is engaged in the reception of citizens from almost all regions of Russia. Romanian Embassy in Moscow: address and how to get
The building is located on Mosfilmovskaya street, at number 64. You can get there by taking trolleybuses number 17 and 34. If you take the subway, then the necessary stop is located halfway between the Universitet station (red line) and Kievskaya (brown line) branch). It can also be reached by taxi or private car.
Reception hours for Russian citizens are very limited: from 09:00 to 13:00 from Monday to Thursday. On Friday and weekends, the reception of Russian citizens is not held.
