3. 5 cm recede from the fold and draw a straight line parallel to it.
4. From the points of contact of the parallel line with the circle, they retreat in different directions 3-4 cm and connect them with an arc that touches the parallel line.
5. You should get a drawing that looks like a sample. Details should be cut along bold lines, and shaded areas should be cut. It turns out 3 parts, 2 of which are identical to each other.
Having applied the patterns to the fabric, the master carefully outlines them with dry soap or chalk, then cuts them out. Stitch the parts so that the strip is in the middle. This will be the top of the hat. The bottom is made in the form of a simple circle and sewn to the top, leaving a hole for stuffing. As a filler, you can use pieces of foam rubber, but it is best to take a synthetic winterizer - it is easier.
Costume collar
Such a detail of a suit as a collar looks original. It can be made from a highly starched fabric or kapron tape, collecting a strip on one side on a living thread and pulling it slightly. You get such a magnificent circular collar, similar to those worn in the past by aristocrats and nobles. You can make a magnificent collar out of paper by folding it with an accordion-fan and stretching a thread through one edge of the paper stack.

You can make a mushroom costume with your own hands under the name "Cheerful honey agaric". Then the robe itself and the hat will be made in beige, the top of the hat can be made darker. It is best to use a straight-cut tunic dress, but a trouser suit is also suitable. On the bottom of the dress or trousers you can sew small mushrooms, "kids", because honey agarics grow in groups, almost without meeting one by one. Cool huge gauntlets will complement a fancy dress.
