Do-it-yourself jewelry is always nicer to wear than bought, and thanks to the attached imagination, an exclusive thing is obtained that no one else has. For example, you can make baubles. They are performed in different ways, but in the proposed article we will consider the simplest option - weaving baubles of thread, it turns out a very beautiful and spectacular decoration.
When creating baubles, the main nodes are used. In this case, the main thread makes two turns on the base and is passed into the resulting loop between them, the thread must be tightened. Thus, a knot is obtained - the basis of the future pattern. In total, there are 4 main types of nodes used for weaving baubles: reverse, direct, right and left tatting.
There are two ways to weave - oblique and straight. Oblique weaving involves a change of thread after each row. Using direct weaving of baubles, you can create an ornament with various patterns. The method involves the creation of colored knots located horizontally. Drawings can be very diverse: geometric - circles, rhombuses, squares, floral, ornate patterns. You can weave out the name of the owner on a bauble. For weaving, you can use threads of 2 colors, one of which will be used to create the background, and the second - for the picture. If you are planning a direct weaving of baubles with a background that will occupy most of the product, you need one long thread.
Weaving baubles is very simple. To begin with, a foundation is created, the main thread is prepared. She needs to braid the warp threads in each row. Then the thread must be turned and knit a number of knots in the opposite direction. In this case, the main thread performs zigzags. For the pattern, you need to use a thread of a different color. She needs to tie the main thread. Nodules should now be pointing in the opposite direction. This is done so that the main thread is free. For example, weaving with a picture in the form of an inscription - the name of a rock band, can be done in the following way. It will take thirty-three white warp threads. Initially, they will need to be braided with black threads to complete the background. When to create an inscription it will be necessary to add a red thread, the black one must be removed by a bauble, attach the red one and now weave it already. You need to start weaving with a new thread from the inside of the product. At the end of the work, it must either be tied in a knot or trimmed. To return again to the black thread, it is enough to swap it with red.
Choosing a direct weaving of baubles, patterns for making jewelry also need to be able to disassemble. This is not at all difficult. The pattern is usually depicted at the very top of the diagram. It shows what the bracelet will be in a finished form. Moreover, in the figure the colors of the product are given only as an example. They can be changed at your discretion. Colors in the scheme are indicated using letters of the Latin alphabet, from A to Z. Before you start direct weaving of baubles, you need to fix the thread. For this, a node called “clover leaf” is used. Selected threads must be gathered together and tied at the top of the knot. To make the work more convenient, the upper part of the bauble bracelet must be fixed, for example, on a piece of cardboard. Weaving patterns use an even and odd number of threads. If the line is less than 1 knot, then the outermost two threads are not included in any node on the line. When weaving a bracelet, the nodes are arranged in a strict order. When creating a bauble, the following rule should always be followed: a new knot must include 2 threads from the knots located above.
