In practice, any knitter inevitably comes the moment when you have to learn how to knit women's hats. A hook for such products is preferable to knitting needles, since it provides the opportunity to create a rather rigid and dense headpiece.
Semicircular hat
Models such as the one shown in the following photo are suitable for women and girls with an oval or round face.
It should be noted that such a product cannot be worn if there is a bang, as it is pressed to the forehead and deformed.

This means that a flat part of the cap should be knitted until the product is equal to 18 cm minus the width of the harness (3-4 cm).
The bar at the bottom of the cap consists of single crochet posts. It is designed to keep the cap fabric from deformation and fix the product on the head, preventing it from falling.
Hat of motives
These models of hats are suitable for relatively warm weather, with the exception of products with a hemmed lining.
The manufacturing process for such caps is as follows:
- A flat bottom is knitted according to any pattern involving the formation of a circular web. You can use the description of the previous model.
- Separately perform square motifs. They can be large, as in the photo, or smaller, as in the diagram. If small squares are used, then they are placed in two rows.
- Sew the squares together, then sew them to the bottom.
